As a client of mine, you will make up a large percentage of my business, which makes you very important to me. You will speak to either me or one of my small team of people each time you contact me. I don't have heaps of red tape and bureaucracy to deal with, meaning I can work fast and efficiently for you.

...I'm friendly (I hope!), honest and no-nonsense

I don't employ vague 'arty' talk, so you don't know where you stand. I also avoid overly technical and unnecessary jargon. Yes I am an 'arty creative type', but I also have a clear, business brain. I will provide a clear quotation, that states exactly what is included and what is not; no hidden extras.

If you have no experience in commissioning professional photography, web design, or any other creative service, no problem, I am more than happy to explain every step of the process and all the pros and cons of each method I suggest.

I am also very aware that the same process does not work for everyone, which is why I aim to be as flexible as possible. Tell me what you want and how you want it and I will always do my very best to accommodate you.

I like long term business relationships and I rely on recommendations. So I am not interested in squeezing as much money out of you as possible, because I know we will never see or hear from you again. What I provide is value for money, with a service that is appropriate for each individual client. This is why I quote for almost every job individually.

If you do receive a quote from me and it is outside your budget, please do come back to me and say so. I am very happy to talk through a quote with you and explain which of your requirements are the expensive bits. Then we can see if we can create ways to scale your ideas, without losing your objective, to make the whole project affordable for you.

I don't just work weekends to earn a bit of extra cash on top of my day job. This is my day job, so I have to get it right.

I have the years of experience and hard earned resources to back up my promises. Equally, I know my limits. If I have any doubts as to whether I can deliver what a client has asked, I don't accept the commission, as my reputation is too important for me to risk.
