Our Gift Vouchers are legally defined as "Face Value Vouchers." Each voucher is valid for six months from the date of purchase, this expiry date is displayed on the reverse of the voucher.

Gift Vouchers can be used to pay for, in whole or in part, any services and/or products supplied by The Focal Space photography studio. We are unable to give cash change, or exchange the voucher balance for cash. Change is not normally given on purchases which cost less than the value of the face value voucher presented. However, we may, at our discretion, give change in the form of our other set denomination face value vouchers.

Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation and we reserve the right to not accept any vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.

Each voucher purchased online is subject to a £1.95 handling, packaging and postage fee and will be securely sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please note, a signature will be required at the time of delivery. The delivery will be made to the address submitted to Paypal, we cannot send items to any other location. We will not replace lost or damaged vouchers once they have been signed for at the time of delivery. If your voucher is lost by Royal Mail and you notify us within 10 working days of the date of purchase, we may be able to issue and send a new voucher. This will invalidate the original voucher sent to you. You must notify us in writing to request a re-issue, stating your name, address and the date of purchase. Allow 5 working days from the date of purchase for delivery of vouchers by Recorded Delivery.

If you wish to collect vouchers in person from The Focal Space studio you should not use this online service to pay for them. Payment should be made in person upon collection. We will not replace lost or damaged vouchers once they have been collected in person.
